Speed Walking

I really find this sport interesting, and by that I mean terrifying. Could you imagine walking 20km or 15 miles in just less than 2 hours? THAT’S CRAZY. The basic rule are that you must have at least 1 foot on the ground at any given time. That uses more energy than running does, so walking 15 miles is more like running a marathon. UNBELIEVABLE!
